OEM&ODM Service

Base on good performance at customer side, we provide OEM and ODM service many clients around the world. And like HECHT, CNR, ENOX, ,Herralum Etc. Not only for components which design was provided by clients. Also integral and finished goods like door lever sets, Sliding door roller, Stainless steel door handle, etc. Base on customer samples or designing, we always like to optimize if possible, of course, any design have to be approved by customers.

Also, we have our engineering department to support our customer design base on their demand.

In Such fierce competition market environment, Goldabudant have our own facility to produce various hardware. Most important is we need such facility to support customer with quick action. Also we have very competitive supplier who had cooperated with Goldabundant multi years. Now our facility including CNC(Computer numerical Control) machines 12 sets. Which had produced different material from stainless steel to Iron, Aluminum and Zinc Alloy . Also some special plastic and nylon material was done by the CNC machine. And we have 16 sets stamping machines with capacity from 200 Tons to 10 tons used for different size press parts.

We have very experienced staffs to manage this facility. And most of our staff had worked in construction and building material company. We know about the hardware specification and demand.

Goldabudant Quality Control Procedure

Our quality team included by IQC, IPQC, QA and Document control team. Document control response manage all company’s document. To make sure document original stock in safety and newest version was in public. IQC team response to incoming material quality control and support buyer audit supplier in time. IPQC support on production line to make sure quality issues would be found in time instead of after finished goods was done. And feedback the potential quality issues to manufacture department to avoid heavy quality accident happened. QA team would be the 3rd gate before the cargo ship to customer and market. In all processing of quality control, not only the quality control department take care the quality. But also Sales and Engineering, buyer, Etc. were involved into all quality control procedure. That is why quality concept was inculcated in all our company cross department.
