1. Application

Single Twisting Bunching is used for PVC. PE cable, power wire, high frequency digital cable, assemble sets of timing tape.Which use program design, automatic calculation of stranding distance and traverse distance, PLC and touch screen control, realize automatic tracking calculation control after setting stranding distance, traverse distance, tape pitch and tape tension.

2. Performance

2.1. High rotate speed, main shaft is lubricated by thin oil, cool warning if oil not enough ,which can lower the temperature and the noise,extend the life of the machine.
2.2. Use synchronous belt drive.
2.3. Change guide wheel to change lay distance, easy to operate.
