1. Application
The cantilever machine suit for Cat5,cat6,cat7,cat8 network cables, data cables. Communication cables. Coaxial cables, etc. in multiple collections and continuous wrapping.

2. Performance

2.1. High rotate speed, main shaft is lubricated by thin oil, cool warning if oil not enough ,which can lower the temperature and the noise,extend the life of the machine.
2.2. The wire goes from belt to idler pulley of main shaft directly,which can reduce scratch and keep round cross section.
2.3. It can be set from empty to full disc, the tension value will change linearly with the change from empty to full disc, the output tension is stable and reliable, and will not break the belt.

Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 2006. Our company is located in the Economic Development Zone of Hejian City, Hebei Province, has been the largest professional manufacturer for wire stranding machine and laying-up machine in North China.

Now we have become the only one factory who can develop the production of the JLK rigid stranding machine series to be an assembly line processing in China, and we also have independently developed the JGB Bow skip stranding lines, the CGB Bow skip type cabling lines and the CLY High speed Cradle type Laying-up lines.

Now, Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd., covers an area of 10000 square meters, production workshop 8000 square meters. Our company has 60 employees, including 10 R & D staffs.
