1. Application
The single twist stranding machine is a versatile and high quality
cable production, indispensable for a production factory of special
cables.
The single twist stranding machine is used to strand or laying up
flexible concentric insulated cables or with tapes.With rotating
pay-offs it is possible to strand ultra flexible cables that can be
used in many applications, such as robotics and mobile
installation.The single twist strander is also used for screening
and armouring with steel or copper wires.
2. Performance
2.1. High rotate speed, main shaft is lubricated by thin oil, cool
warning if oil not enough ,which can lower the temperature and the
noise,extend the life of the machine.
2.2. The wire goes from belt to idler pulley of main shaft
directly,which can reduce scratch and keep round cross section.
2.3. Magnetic power clutch auto track and control taking up
tension,making the tension of taking up steadily.
2.4. Stranding pitch: the pitch is automatically converted by
computer, and can be adjusted according to customer requirements.

Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in
2006. Our company is located in the Economic Development Zone of
Hejian City, Hebei Province, has been the largest professional
manufacturer for wire stranding machine and laying-up machine in
North China.
Since 2006, relying on the care and support of our customers,
Baohong Machinery has been devoted to the research and development
of wire stranding machine and laying-up machine and has made great
improvement. Now we have become the only one factory who can
develop the production of the JLK rigid stranding machine series to
be an assembly line processing in China, and we also have
independently developed the JGB Bow skip stranding lines, the CGB
Bow skip type cabling lines and the CLY High speed Cradle type
Laying-up lines.
Now, Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd., covers an area
of 10000 square meters, production workshop 8000 square meters. Our
company has 60 employees, including 10 R & D staffs. Annual
output value is over 10 million dollars at present,and has
developed into one of the most important Stranding Machine
