2. Processing characteristics The big bending machine is used to bend the steel plate to the frame structure. Four frame structures share the circle equally, and they are welded together with the big discs on the both sides. Also all the structures are welded to the center thick wall tube. The whole structure is strong and beautiful.
After welded process, the whole structure is annealed in the annealing furnace, which will remove the internal stresses.
Then the whole structure will be machined on the big horizontal lathe. This horizontal lathe is big enough to machine every part in one step, without changing one end to the other. This process will keep the concentricity of the whole structure, prolong the service life of bearings on the both ends.
The deep hole drilling and boring machine can turn the installed holes for the clamping devices. The holes for one pair of clamping devices are turned in one step, which keeps the both holes in the same concentricity. The concentricity will reduce the wire-break rate and prolong the bearing for the clamping device.
This double column vertical lathe is used to turn the big disc for cradle type laying-up machine and the capstan of the stranding machine. This machine can turn and burnish the grooves to protect the cable and keep the same hual-off force.
Large planer type milling machine, which is used to mill the main chassis of the main stranding cage and take-up & pay-off chassis. The large planer type milling machine can ensure that each flat surfaces are machined in one time to keep the homogeneous height distribution of the surface machined by the milling machine. The machining process of the stranding cage will lead to different eccentric force, which will be detected by the dynamic balancing machine. After corrected the stranding cage will easily meet the high speed rotation requirement and increase the service life.
Electric annealing furnace is indispensable to produce wire and cable making machine, particularly the rigid frame stranding machine and tubular stranding machine. The internal stress of the main stranding cage is great when it's welded together. The internal stress is released strongly by heat treatment. This produce process will ensure that the stranding cage without deformation and fracture to improve internal quality.
