DPFX470 separator is a high-speed, high-precision, hermetic and high-efficiency separation equipment, mainly apply to solid-liquid two phase separation and concentrated in fermentation broth, chemical and pharmaceutical and other industrials.

All parts in contact with liquids are made of high grade stainless steel material (or special acid-resistant material), so that effectively reduce the corrosion due to the separation liquid contact with the parts surface, and accord with the food hygiene requirements. Adopt top feeding for this machine so that only need lower pressure for feeding inlet port.

Adopt hydraulic coupler and one pair helix speed increasing gear for the dynamical transfer, the motor is running slowly by hydraulic coupler then drive the cross shaft. Then through a pair of speed increase spiral gear again, so that make the vertical shaft and bowl achieve to rated speed at a certain time (about 6~7 min.). This not only increase the speed stably but also carry out overload protection.

The discharge action of slide piston is controlled automatically by computer program and PLC, it can achieve to part discharge and fully discharge.
