Mass Production 

1. Design : Professional designers design products according to customer requirements.Design is unique.
2. Making sample : We will make some test samples to confirm effection after the design firm was confirmed . 
3. Printing : Large machinery for clear printing.Print the pattern on the printing paper.
4. Surface treatment : Use special machine for surface treatment.
5. Lamination: Matt lamination or gloosy lamination.and so on 
6. Die cutting: Using imported cutting machine for mass cutting.
7. Gluing : A large number of employees do manual bonding products
8. Packaging : Packing according to customer's requirement

For quality control, our company has its own quality control department, which specializes in controlling the quality of products.And we will send some samples to the quality control department for comprehensive quality inspection.And obtained the product quality certificate  Our raw materials are all green recyclable materials.we have Relevant certificates SGS&ISO9001.

As for research and development, our company has been developing many products since its establishment.Every once in a while, we have new products being developed.Our updates are very fast, and we can develop new styles and styles according to customers' requirements.

Management:About 10 person，they are respectively business management,marketing management,workshop management,personal management,fund management and so on.

Sales:Around 16 people，besides General Manager is responsible for domestic and foreign sales,business managers, business representatives and foreign trade salesmen etc.

Quality Control: About 5 people，In order to monitor the process and eliminate the factors leading to dissatisfaction in all stages of the quality loop, we should strengthen control over the quality of the production process to ensure product quality.

R & D: Approximately 6 person.Innovative work such as developing new products, introducing new technologies, transforming new achievements, etc.

Production: Around 60 person,Be familiar with machine operation and production process, improve work efficiency and work quality.

Finance: 2 people.To ensure the funds required for the production and operation of the enterprise, to allocate the money of the enterprise reasonably, and to supervise and inspect the financial activities of the enterprise and the implementation of the financial plan.

Purchasing: 3 person.Fully responsible for the purchase of all kinds of materials, equipment and office supplies.
