Compliant with standards: According to GB/T2812-2006, it also meets
the requirements of the European standard EN397 test standard.
Scope of application: Specialized in testing the impact resistance
and penetration resistance of safety helmets. The aluminum headform
wearing the safety helmet is mounted on a highly sensitive force
sensor, and then impacted from a height of 1m using a 5kg steel
hammer. The force value at the moment of impact is measured by the
highly sensitive force sensor to determine the impact absorption
performance of the safety helmet. After replacing the impact hammer
head, the penetration resistance test can be conducted.
Main features: The impact and wear resistance testing machine for
safety helmets is equipped with LCD display, which is safe to use,
reliable, and has high measurement accuracy.
Main technical parameters and their accuracy:
1. Weight of impact hammer: 5 kilograms
2. Weight of puncture resistant knife: 3 kilograms
3. The impact head is hemispherical: ф 96mm
4. Aluminum head mold: one for size 2 and one for size 5
respectively
5. Impact method: guided descent
6. Impact height: 1m, 2m, 2.5m (optional)
7. Force measurement range: 0-60000 N
8. Force sensor: precision piezoelectric type
9. Display method: LED LCD displays at noon, automatically
maintains maximum force value, and prints test data
10. Frequency response range: 5--1000Hz
11. Lifting device: Electric lifting with upper and lower limit
positions
12. Penetration resistance impact hammer weight: 3+0.050kg
13. Penetration resistance impact hammer cone angle: 60 °
14. Penetration resistance impact hammer tip radius: r=0.5 mm
