Test method: Clamp the sample horizontally on a U-shaped bracket,
ignite the free end of the sample with a specified height flame in
the combustion chamber for 15 seconds, and determine whether the
flame on the sample has extinguished, as well as the distance and
time required for burning the sample at that distance.
Scope of application: Mainly applicable to single materials or
laminated composite materials used in automotive interior materials
and parts, such as seat cushions, seat backs, seat covers, seat
belts, headrests, armrests, folding tops, all decorative lining
panels, instrument panels, glove boxes, indoor cargo racks, or rear
window sills, curtains, floor coverings
