Scope of application: Mainly suitable for testing the propane
combustion performance of flame retardant conveyor belts with whole
core fabrics used in coal mines. According to MT914-2008 "Whole
core flame retardant conveyor belts for coal mine fabrics", the
combustion performance of propane in tunnels is tested. Adopting a
strong exhaust system, the exhaust fan system is activated to
purify the exhaust gas through water curtain activated carbon and
discharge it, meeting national emission standards.
Main technical parameters:
1. Lane: Consisting of a chamber, the outer wall of the chamber is
constructed of 25mm refractory material, with an inlet size of
460mmx460mm and a length of 1676mm. It is connected to a 300mm
diameter exhaust pipe through a 1.5mm thick stainless steel cone
connector
2. Exhaust hood: composed of 1.5mm thick stainless steel, placed
directly above the test chamber, used to extract smoke that
diffuses from outside the furnace during the test process;
3. brackets: used to place fixed conveyor belt samples. The test
bench has specifications of 1500mm in length, 220mm in width, and
160mm in height, consisting of steel bars with a diameter of 10mm.
4. Benzene alkyl burner: composed of six combustion injectors, with
the nozzle tilted inward at a 45 ° angle
5. test materials: ≥ 95% filled with propane gas (user provided );
6. samples: flame-retardant conveyor belt
7. weighing device: used for weighing the weight of the conveyor
belt sample and gas cylinder before and after the test;

8. anemometer: placed on the centerline at a distance of 310mm from
the chamber floor and 285mm from the chamber inlet;
9. Thermocouples: K-type, with an outer diameter not exceeding 3mm;
Wire diameter 0.5 mm, accuracy not lower than level II, range 1300

10. Temperature Control System: Controlled by a computer, the
millivolt signal generated by the thermocouple is sent to the
signal adjustment board. The analog signal is converted into a
digital signal through a data acquisition card, and then controlled
and reported by computer software;

Equipment composition: composed of four major parts: main control
box, blower device, combustion bracket, and combustion nozzle.
The control box is movable.
Exhaust fan air purification: After installing the exhaust duct on
the exhaust fan, the air passes through the tunnel and the flow
rate of the air is controlled by a control valve.
The frame material is made of high-quality 304 stainless steel
square welding, and the control box material is (t=1.2mm)
electrostatic steel plate. The surface is sprayed with plastic,
which is more smooth and beautiful.
Spray lamp: SUS304 material, self-made by our company.
Control system:
1 The control box adopts a relay control system, and all electronic
components are from leading domestic brands, which can better
ensure the working performance and detection accuracy of the
machine.
2 The temperature adopts imported intelligent P.I.D temperature
controller (with automatic calculation function) and high-precision
PT100 thermocouple sensor and timer.
3 The equipment has the following safety protection devices: power
overload, short circuit protection, control circuit overload
protection, and ultra-high temperature protection.
