Application:

Series DFR fire-resistant oil purifier is especially designed for phosphate ester fire-resistant oil, this machine can treat and regenerate the degenerative fire-resistant oil, removing acid,pigment, gas, water and particles. This machine body uses the special metal materials which are compatible with fire-resistant oil,combined with technologies of vacuum dewatering, multi-stage filtration system and new adsorbent to ensure treated oil achieve new fire-resistant oil properties. Series DFR is the necessary purifying equipment for the sectors which use fire-resistant oil, it can be online working and oil-filling.

It is a professional machine to purify phosphoric acid ester anti-fuel oil. This machine is a multi-function vacuum oil purifier which is made of stainless steel and fluoro rubber seal material. It can degas, dehydrate, remove impurities, remove acid, demulsify and defoam. It can work on line or work alone to ensure the system run efficiently. When it work on line, no need operator, the running state is shown on the indicating lamps. This machine can remove not only 100% free water and 80% dissociated water, but also 100% free gas and 80% dissociated gas.

The 1 micron filter will remove impurities . If need higher filtration precision, customer can choose 1 micron filter. To remove acid, we use Germany brand - resin filter with dry ion exchange technology.
