ZYF Portable Easy Operation High Efficient Reliable Vacuum Oil Filling Machine

Application:

Series ZYF oil filling machine is mainly suitable to oil-filling operation for oil-immersed the power transformers, mutual inductor, cable, cable, circuit breaker at vacuum state. To meet vacuum oiling procedures, ZYF is mainly composed of vacuum pump, roots pump, liquid circulating cooling systems and injection pumps. It also can be used for vacuum-pumping operation for electric equipments.

Work principle of ZYF:

Waste oil first enters the coarse filter system, after processed, large particles of impurities is removed.In order to protect the pump from being damaged,processed oil is pumped back into the secondary filtration system, then the oil enters coalescing filter chamber, as coalescing filter material with unique role of polar molecular structure, after passing through this kind of filters the free water in oil and emulsified water gathered into bigger droplets, sinked to the water storage tank under gravity. In the inertia, tiny water molecules accompany with oil to the separation filters.

Hydrophobic separation filter element is made of special material, when oil through, the fine water moleculesare kept outside from filter element, after mutual aggregation, And by gravity sinked to the lowerportion of the coalescing chamber storage tank, finally discharged. After dehydration process, oil into fine filtration system to ensure that the oil cleanliness which meet the user design standards.
