Application:

In case single vacuum pump is not suited for a certain process due to pumping speed or ultimate vacuum. DYK Series vacuum pumps unit consist of roots pump as booster and rotary vane pump as backing pump, the exhaust from the roots pump is connected to the suction side of the backing pump thereby giving advantage of high pumping speed at higher vacuum. The pumps unit also equips air cooling system,cooling water system, vacuum valves,ventilation valves, compensator, vacuum meter etc, and highly efficient, reliable and consume less power. It also can be designed and mounted on base frames ready for use, or trailer are offered to suit user's requirements. DYK unit is wildly applied in vacuum metallurgy, vacuum drying, welding, chemical, laboratory, power station and other industrial vacuuming, especially for vacuum transformers and other electrical equipment operation.
