3) Can you guarantee a product size with a max toleration in height and thickness of maximum 2% (in width we have a 0% tolerance level)

Our produce ability is about 3000 tons/year. we export 160 containers to differents county.
First year we can produce 15-25 containers years for your company. If you order steady increase and payment have no problem in next year , We can arrange 40-50 containers for your company.
6) What is normally your production lead time?
Our normally lead time is 20-35days for 1*20fcl. According to the Item's size and weight.
7) What kind of brands of raw materials are you using? (for example raw materials from DOW, Sabic or other suppliers)
We used Sabic, UGCC,lOTRENE and so on.
8) Can you guarantee 100% virgin materials (we will test this)
Of courst, we can. But as you know, Good quality with good price.
9) Can you print the bags? And if yes in maximum how many colors?
we can printing six colours in one side of the bag.

10) What are your size limits for bags in width, thickness and height?
1, T-shirt Bag width 120-500mm ; thickness:HDPE 8mic-20mic LDPE 20-50mi; height: within 700mm
2, Flat Bag width 110-500mm ; thickness:HDPE:8mic-20mic LDPE 20mic-70mic; height: within 1000mm
3, Garbage bag width 300-1200mm ; thickness:HDPE 6mic-30mic LDPE;20-40mic; height: within 1500mm.
11) Can you make air holes of 8mm in the bags if needed?
yes we can,and we have produced this shape bag for our customer.
13) What kind of boxes are you using for export packing? (we prefer 3 layer cardboard for this)
we usually usd 3 layer carboard for weight of the carton within 10kgs. 5layer for weight of the carton beyond 10kgs
14) Can you use a paper band around the rolls of bags?
Of course we can. You offer the printing of paper band.
