Application of Sino-NSH VFD-50

1. VFD-50 has an oil filtering capacity of 3,000 liters per hour and can be used for on-site oil filtering and replenishing of various types of oil-immersed transformers, oil-immersed current and voltage transformers and high-voltage oil-less circuit breakers. Double-stage Transformer Oil Vacuum Purifier Features

1. The various indicators of the product are much higher than the international standard. Compared with the single-stage vacuum oil filter, its dehydration, degassing, and impurity removal (mechanical impurities and free carbon) are faster and more thorough. The point is higher, and the breakdown voltage after treatment can be increased to better than 75kV.
2. The double-stage vacuum with a high pumping rate can greatly improve the vacuum environment in the tank to achieve a high vacuum, the ultimate vacuum is ≤5 Pa and the working vacuum is ≤35 Pa so that the oil temperature remains unchanged during the treatment process and meets the requirements of the installation. Or the need for vacuuming the transformer body at the maintenance site greatly shortens the oil treatment period.

Why should the oil filtration machine be adopted?

After the transformer has been used for a long time, there are gas, moisture, and other impurities will be in the dielectric insulating oil due to the pressure. These factors affect the insulation function and heat dissipation properties of the transformer oil. Therefore, transformer oil filtering must be adopted.

Regeneration Stage
