Usage characteristic:
This machine is used to check, rewind and cut all kinds of roll
materials such as BOPP, PET, CPP and PVC,paper aluminum foil for
unprinted and printed
FEATURE:
1. Imported PLC for centralized control us used for electrical
control system , man-machine is carried out by touch screen , Set
and display working parameters according to the requirements from
different products
2. Rewinding adopts vector frequency inverter , rewinder diameter
calculated by PLC to realize automatic tension control
3. Vector frequency-converting is adopted for unwinding , active
unwinding , roller diameter calculated by PLC to realize automatic
tension control .
4. Hydraulic feeding , loading and unloading material using
shaft-less pneumatic cone top type . It is easy for loading ,
unloading with high efficiency , also with web guide system
5. Slitting function: double slip air shaft , uses the straight
knife and rotary knife for slitting , regularity disc surface , air
exhausting device for waste
6. Checking functions : Automatic stroboscope to observe printing
images is equipped in the system . If there is any defects saw by
eyes , press the button of defects , the button will automatically
go back to defect image .
7. The system has meter counting , winding diameter operation ,
automatic stop by setting length you set first .
8. The system has a perfect integration design with machine ,
electricity and pneumatic , and takes completes safety protective
measure .
