Notes for installation of Cog belt:
(1) Check the condition of belt grooved pulley before installing a new set of v-shaped belts. Wheel grooves should be kept in good condition without scratches or sharp steps. All dimensions shall be up to standard. Dirty or rusty grooved wheels can reduce transmission efficiency and damage the belt, resulting in premature scrapping of the belt. Worn grooved wheels shorten belt life by 50%. If the wheel groove is worn to the lowest point of the belt, it may cause the belt to slip and cause the belt to burn;

(2) Check the parallelism of the grooved wheel before installation, the parallelism of the shaft and the grooved wheel should be calibrated first. Generally, if the parallelism is more than 20', the service life of the belt will be seriously affected. Uneven parallelism of the grooved pulley will cause uneven wear of the belt, which will result in belt extrusion of the grooved pulley and cause all the load to be applied on the elongated side of the belt and break the belt line at that side Installed ;
