JX42 Series Multiple Straws Pillow Shaped Packing Machine can pack multiple quantities straws into film bag automatically. It has two main models according to different degree of automation.

1). JX42-1 Multiple Drinking Straws Packing Machine

This machine is applied to pack small diameter and small quantities straws per bag. Automatic counting function and production speed adjustment are available. The quantities of straw can be adjusted from 2-50pcs/bag and the length of bag can be adjustable by stepless speed change device.

2). JX42-2 Mutiple Drinking Straws Packing Machine 

The machine is with high automation grade compared with JX42-1. It uses PLC and touch screen design, make precise measurement and easy operation.

Drinking straws are calculated by counting wheel with Servo motor, more accurate. Dual-Inverter control the packing speed for high efficiency performance.

Memory function is to avoid repeated adjustment waste of packaging material. Stainless steel made conveyor, spray paint treatment for cabinet, makes machine more elegant. It also can be synchronized to print production date, and open suspension holes.
