Heavy Industry Steel Structure Workshop Prefabricated Industrial Steel Buildings - This heavy steel structure workshop was designed and built for Volkswagen, with our company serving as the contractor responsible for design, fabrication, and construction of the steel structure.

The construction covers approximately 36,000 square meters with a workshop height of 15m, utilizing about 3300 tons of steel. Aluminum composite panels were selected for roof and wall applications to provide superior insulation and aesthetic appeal.

• Building size: 300m length × 120m width × 15m eave height
• Type: Multi-span, single floor
• Base: Concrete and steel foundation bolts
• Column and beam: Q345 & Q235 steel, all bolts connection, straight or variable cross-section
• Bracing: X or V type bracing made from angle, round pipe etc.
• C or Z purlin: Size from C100~C320, Z160~Z300
• Roof and wall panel: Aluminum composite panel
• Accessories: Semi-transparent skylight belts, ventilators, down pipe, out gutter etc.
• Derusting: Shot blasting for main components, some components galvanized
• Installation: Managed by on-site Project Manager

All structural components, panels, bolts and accessories are packed to withstand ocean transportation and loaded into 40'HQ containers. Our skilled workers use cranes and forklifts at our factory loading site to prevent damage during loading.
