Pre Manufactured Steel Structure Workshop / Long Span Heavy Industrial Steel Buildings. This is a heavy industrial steel structure workshop building for production of container. The eave height is 15m. It also has overhead crane  of 20 Ton and 50 Ton capacity in the building.

We are one-stop service contractor for steel structure design, fabrication and construction. Portal frame steel structure building project is our main business such as prefabricated steel warehouse, workshop, sheds, garage, office building.

Heavy-duty steel structure workshops are mostly frame or frame structure, with one or more heavy-duty cranes. One or more layers of steel structure platforms are generally arranged in the factory. Most of the steel structure materials are wide-flange H-beams. Mostly high-strength bolted joints, so the manufacturing process of welded H-beam components and the quality control of high-strength bolt installation are the key to the quality of the plant structure.

The floor space of our steel structre fabrication factory is 35,000㎡, and the workshop area is 20000㎡. We own three light/heavy H steel production lines, BOX production lines, C/Z purlin production lines and various types of profiling steel sheet machines with advanced equipment such as plasma cutting machine.

All the structure components, panels,bolts and sort of accessories will bewell packed with standard package suitable ocean transportation and loaded into 40’HQ.

All the products are loaded at the loading site of our factory using crane and forklift by our skilled workers,who will prevent the goods to be damaged.
