Production Process:

 

  1. Material Selection: The first step involves choosing the appropriate rubber material, which can be EPDM, Silicone, or other elastomers. The selection is based on the plug's intended application, considering factors like temperature range, chemical resistance, and weather conditions.

  2. Mixing and Compounding: The chosen rubber material is mixed with various additives and fillers in a compounding process.   3. Molding: Next, the compounded rubber is shaped using either compression or injection molding techniques. Compression molding is suitable for producing large quantities of simple-shaped plugs, while injection molding is preferred for intricate designs and high-precision parts.
