Each device will have one year (12 months) warranty against manufacturing defect.Free components will be offered for repair in warranty period,if the issue caused by non-artificial damages.

8,If the goods are damaged badly,who is responsible for it?
We will be responsible for the damaged goods when it is damaged during transport,and we can exchange the new goods for you.

9. How do you ship the goods?
We can ship by express like DHL,FEDEX,TNT,UPS,EMS ect.,can also ship by air and by sea. Your express account or shipping agent isacceptable to send the goods.

10. What's the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

11. How do I know that you have sent the products out?
