General Utilize the existing methanol supply system, natural gas pipeline network, CNG and LNG refueling stations and other facilities to build or expand or build new comprehensive hydrogen production and refueling stations on the basis of existing stations. Through hydrogen production and hydrogenation in the station, the hydrogen transportation link is reduced, and the cost of hydrogen production, storage and transportation is reduced. This technology can minimize the price of hydrogen at the point of sale, and the fuel cost of hydrogen-fueled vehicles is comparable to that of gasoline vehicles. But it is more environmentally friendly and in line with future energy trends.
Technical Process Using natural gas as raw material, high-purity hydrogen is produced by steam reforming (SMR) + shift + pressure swing adsorption (PSA). The prepared hydrogen is pressurized to 20MPa by the compressor and then enters the 20MPa hydrogen storage bottle group. The hydrogen in the 20MPa hydrogen storage cylinder group can be transported by trailer, or it can be continuously pressurized to 45MPa or 90MPa before entering the 45MPa or 90Mpa hydrogen storage cylinder. Hydrogen is sold to fuel cell vehicles through hydrogenation machines.
