Powder metallurgy is a process that uses metal powders (or mixtures of metal and non-metal powders) as raw materials to manufacture metallic materials, composite materials, and various types of products through forming and sintering. Because powder metallurgy shares similarities with ceramic production, it is also called the cermet method. Sintering is a key process in powder metallurgy. After forming, the pressed blank or billet achieves the desired physical and mechanical properties through sintering. Sintering is divided into single-system sintering and multi-system sintering. In solid-phase sintering, whether single-system or multi-system, the sintering temperature is lower than the melting point of the contained metals and alloys; while in liquid-phase sintering of multi-systems, the sintering temperature is lower than the melting point of the refractory components but higher than the melting point of the fusible components. Generally, sintering is carried out under a protective atmosphere. Besides ordinary sintering methods, there are also loose-pack sintering, melt infiltration (infiltrating metal into the sintering framework), and hot pressing (combining pressing and sintering).

High concentration of carbon-containing gas enters the weak parts of the product (the edges and corners of the product are often low in density or have severe elastic aftereffect), and under the contact of cobalt, a carbon precipitation reaction occurs. The precipitated carbon destroys the continuity of the alloy, causing the alloy to "peel" 4. The density of the pressed product is uneven; the carbon content in different parts of the sintered body is different; the boat is uneven, the sintering atmosphere is uneven, and the sintering temperature is uneven 5. Overburning - the sintering temperature is too high; there are oxides in the pressed green sheet that are difficult to reduce, and they can only be reduced at a higher temperature after the liquid phase appears. The pressure of the gas generated by the reduction is greater than the resistance of the liquid phase contraction; the debris in the pressed green sheet, such as alloy debris, iron filings, copper wire, etc. 6. The gas generated by the reduction of oxide impurities at high temperature or the furnace gas entering the sintered body, when the alloy solidifies, it does not have time to escape, and it is dispersed and remains in the alloy, and the pressure of the gas is not enough to form bubbles and become holes 7. Design standards
The equipment is designed in accordance with the pressure vessel requirements of the Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau, and is qualified after pressure testing and shipped. The electrical design and construction meet national standards.

Installation pre-test and pre-acceptance
The equipment is fully assembled in our factory, including all pipelines, vacuum pipelines, process gas pipelines, cooling water pipelines, compressed air pipelines, etc. Pre-testing can be carried out after installation. At the customer site, pipelines other than the equipment are provided by the customer. The installation also includes the connection of all cables. At the customer site, the main cable connecting the power cabinet is provided by the customer. After installation, we conduct vacuum and positive pressure leakage tests on the entire equipment, as well as mechanical and electrical function tests.
Disassembly and transportation
The equipment will be disassembled in several large parts, packed in a standardized wooden cases, and loaded into the transport vehicle.
Customer site installation and commissioning
The Redeer after-sales engineer will lead the team to complete commissioning, product trial burning and other work within 20 working days. The customer needs to make appropriate preparations and provide the necessary tools, such as hoisting and lifting equipment. And provide installation personnel support (it is recommended to have 1 mechanical personnel and 1 electrical personnel).
Final acceptance
After installation and commissioning, the equipment can be finally accepted in accordance with the requirements of the technical contract.
