Functions:

   1.Gas Pressure Sintering

      A pumping set is used to pump the furnace chamber to vacuum state so that the product completes this stage of sintering in a vacuum environment. All inlet valves are closed and the pumping set is activated to continuously evacuate the chamber while the vacuum probe monitors the vacuum level in the furnace in real time.

      In the constant pressure stage, when the pressure in the furnace is lower than the set pressure, the system automatically opens the inlet valve and backfills the gas.

  2.Fast cooling

     A heat exchanger is installed in the furnace, with a water temperature monitoring device, and a fast air cooler is installed on the furnace body for rapid cooling.

    The thermal door is electrically driven, and the opening and closing of the thermal door can be controlled according to the set temperature in the case of rapid cooling.

    When the equipment is in the high temperature and high pressure state, the user can realize the charged cooling, heat preservation and heating by setting the process.
