LS-Wbox is an industrial wireless intelligent gateway specially designed for remote maintenance and monitoring of various PLCs in the field of industrial control. LS-WBox is used to transmit a large number of data or programs of the industrial field devices in different areas to the remote Cloud center via 4G to achieve the functions such as remote data monitoring, equipment diagnostic, program maintenance, fault alarm etc, cell phone monitoring, etc.

LS-WBox combines 4G and SMS together to resolve the problem of instability caused by slow traditional GPRS and few 3G base stations. By non-transparent transmission, the LS-WBox achieves multi-packet concurrent acquisition, intelligent data compression and other advanced algorithms, which greatly improve the system response speed, reduce traffic costs over 50%. LS-WBox also supports access over a wired network without a static IP and domain name.

LS-WBox 4G gateway connects PLC through the serial port or Ethernet interface. Users can remote monitor or download/upload PLC program and monitor PLC through configuring software. Different from the conventional transparent module, LS-WBox improves PLC protocol analysis. It has the advantage of speed high, more stable, lower traffic fee. No need computer and programming software, users can monitor and change PLC data anytime, anywhere via web pages.
