Metal Detector Test The customer needs to test the metal detector. The customer’s requirement is that the cable holes of the two devices are opposite, so that the cable can pass through the two devices. The metal detector is larger and requires a special sample rack. We have received requests from customers to design a studio that is convenient for operation and convenient for placing metal detectors.

Glass Test After we received the request of the Thai customer to test the glass, we confirmed the content of the test, the size of the sample, and the size of the laboratory. 1.Laser Cutting Machine
The SUS304 stainless steel is cut into the size of the designed shape, the laser cutting speed is fast, and the incision is smooth and flat.

2.Angle Bending Machine
Bend radian and shape for raw material SUS304 stainless steel plate

3.Welding
Assemble the cut steel plates into the frame of the equipment and weld and fix them

4.Coating
Electrostatic coating and high temperature baking for the overall frame and details,all color can be customized according to customer needs

5.Assembly
Install the refrigeration system, heating system, circuit system, etc. of the equipment, and install it in strict accordance with ISO9001

6.Inspect
1. Check the appearance of the equipment
2. Confirm that it is consistent with the specifications
3. Check the wiring method to meet CE, RoHS, ISO9001

7.Calibration
After 72 hours of commissioning and third-party inspection before leaving the factory
