Guarantee of quality and service:

The Seller guarantees that the Equipment is in compliance with the Technical Specifications to the present Contract or with openly published technical specifications of the manufacturer if not stipulated in the Contract. The guarantee period shall be 1 year after the B/L date.

Seller shall provide the replaced parts and after sales service to the buyer under the whole life of the machine.

If the parts are broken under the right operation during the guarantee period, the parts including shipping costs and service will be free. But the import tax will be borne by the buyer.Under other circumstances the buyer has to bear all the parts and service related charges.
