Cigarette machine grinding wheels are mainly used for grinding
cutting circular knives, 切丝 blades and other tools of cigarette

Product Structure and Principle
1. Structural Composition: Usually composed of a sharpening wheel,
carborundum layer, chip removal holes, chip removal grooves, etc.
The sharpening wheel is the main part, responsible for directly
grinding the tools; the carborundum layer is distributed on the
working surface of the grinding wheel, with high hardness and
strong wear resistance, which can effectively cut the worn layer on
the tool surface; the chip removal holes and chip removal grooves
are responsible for discharging impurities such as tar deposits,
glycerin deposits, dust, and rubber filaments generated during the
grinding process, preventing these impurities from affecting the
grinding effect and the quality of tools and cigarettes.
2. Working Principle: When the cigarette machine is running, the
grinding wheel rotates at high speed and is in close contact with
the surface of the tool to be ground. Through the frictional
cutting effect of the carborundum layer on the tool surface, the
worn layer generated by the tool after long-term use is removed,
restoring the sharpness of the tool. At the same time, the chip
removal holes and chip removal grooves use the centrifugal force
generated by the rotation of the grinding wheel to timely discharge
the impurities generated during the grinding process, ensuring the
cleanliness of the grinding wheel and the tool, and maintaining a
stable grinding effect.
