PN16 stainless steel dismantling joint

Dismantling joint is designed to be the final closing piece in the pipe network, to ease the assembling and disassembling for later maintenance of a pump or valve. A standard adjusting range of 50mm on length and a small lateral and angular misalignment can be accommodated. This adjustability of the dismantling joint facilitates for easy removal of pumps and valves in circumstances of inspection, maintenance or replacement.

The metal pipe couplings are functioned with pull and pres-sure resistance and excellent seal performance and easy installation. Hence it is widely used in power, metallurgy, drainage and sewage disposal to connect pump, vale and pipe, etc. It also has some multi-directional displacement during pipes operation so as to release blind plate propulsion and protect pipes, especially it makes it easy to install and maintain pipes. However, force- transferring pipe coupling shall be used on the pipe corner and pump exit, because, the coupling can transfer blind plate propulsion from pump start to pump and pipe through force- transferring bolt and prevent pull to centralize close to pipe or pipe or damage equipment by impact force. Other pipe couplings can be selected freely for other positions.
