Rubber Compounding
EPDM rubber raw material compounded with chemicals(Carbon black,sulphur,ZnO,Stearic acid,anti-aging agent, etc.). JINGNING special designed rubber formula for rubber expansion joints can improve its elasticity, air tightness and anti-aging performance.
Plasticating and mixing
Jingning unique rubber formula, strengthen the ball.High temperature and high pressure resistance and anti-aging performance.
Blank making
The sphere is built with copper plated steel ring,Increase the strength of the ball to prevent pulling off.
Vulcanizing
The key point of this process is temperature and time.Different size product vulcanized under different temperature and time.Automatic flat vulcanizing machine can ensure rubber vulcanized efficiently.
Inspection
100% strict quality inspection to ensure product quality.
Package
Assembled with flanges then packaged into carton and wooden case.We also have plasticto prevent dust or water during the delivery.
