Quality Control Policy

RUIHE Silicone has an extensive quality control system that tests the quality of raw materials first. Material cannot be used unless they are tested and meet our quality control standards. If it does not pass our incoming quality control testing, the material is refused and trucked back to the manufacturer.

Second, during the producing process, our quality control group will test the new batch of compound silicone rubber by taking some samples (twice from solid silicone rubber or three times from liquid silicone rubber) from different steps in process. After passing the test, this batch can be sealed to pack and deliver to the customers.

RUIHE Silicone began tackling quality control in 2004, the beginning of the founding, and went to work to establish quality control methods. Since 2008, we have received ISO 9001:2015, LFGB, RoHS, REACH, FDA, PAHs certifications at almost all of its production facilities. In addition, RUIHE Silicone is regularly executing quality audits of each batch of our products. We are meeting the needs of the times through unflagging pursuit of quality control.

Test equipment list

From the perspective of long-term development, RUI-HE established its own R&D center in the headquarters in 2006. After then, we are awarded as Guangzhou First-Grade Scientific and Technological Prize.

The R&D center is engaged in introduction of new product and technology from all over the world. Through analysis, engineers will apply the new technology to new silicone rubber that suit for the market trends.

The R&D center includes processing laboratories, photoelectric testing centers, mechanical testing centers, chromatography and thermal performance analysis centers, new energy laboratories, sampling workshops and test workshops, etc. There is a professional R&D team with many product engineers of doctorial and master qualification.

After two years of hard work, our products have obtained ISO9001:2008 quality management standard certification (the International Organization for Standardization), in line with RoHS, LFGB, PDA, PaHS International Quality Standards tested by SGS (Societe Generale de Surveillance). Later, we are hailed as a high-tech enterprise in Guangzhou. So far, we still work hard to provide better silicone rubbers to customers.
