1.Equipment acceptance conditions and delivery

(1) Acceptance criteria: Based on the drawings or cutting samples

provided by the purchaser.

(2) Acceptance contents: machine tool appearance, machine tool

operation, machine tool accuracy, and random data.

Acceptance requirements:

a) Visual inspection of the appearance: no deformation, rust, paint

peeling, or missing surface treatment.

b) Machine tool accuracy

c) Random data check and confirmation

(3) Requirements for raw materials

a)The purchaser shall provide 20 pipes of corresponding specifications

and return them in full after the test run.

b) The pipe material is required to comply with relevant national

standards and be soft.

c)The pipe material should be free of bending deformation, concave

and convex marks, and the straightness should be 2mm/10

2.After-sales service terms

2.1The product will be under warranty for one year after acceptance

(except for human factors).

2.2 Beyond the one-year warranty period, the supplier only charges

the material cost and no maintenance fee is charged.

3.Training Terms

After the equipment arrives at the factory, the purchaser can start

working by connecting the power supply and gas source according

to the operating instructions. The supplier will provide free remote

video guidance for installation. If on-site installation is required,

the two parties need to communicate the installation fee separately.

4. Main Technical Parameters:

5.Machine tool color and logo description

5.1 Machine color: The main body is white, and the active parts and dangerous

parts are orange or yellow.

5.2 Marking and color distinction of machine tool movement and dangerous parts:

general movement parts (exposed) are yellow, and dangerous movement parts

(exposed) are red. Danger labels all use internationally recognized markings.

5.3 Lubrication points are marked with lubrication signs and oil types.

5.4 Hydraulic part identification

All oil circuits have function identification and flow direction identification; ⑵

All valve groups have function identification; ⑶ All pressure gauges have usage

range identification.

5.5 Wire and cable identification: all wires and cables are marked and installed in
