2. Description of arc punching machine
The function of the arc punching machine is to open the steel pipes
and stainless steel pipes of various diameters and wall thicknesses
into various arc shapes for welding and chromium plating. If the
pipe diameter is different or the wall thickness is different or
the opening shape is different, the punch and punch mother are
different.The working principle is that the hydraulic pump is
driven by the oil pump motor and controlled by the electromagnetic
directional valve and safety pressure control valve. The open punch
installed on the oil cylinder piston rod on the worktable moves
back and forth to form a staggered pattern with the die fixed on
the oil cylinder seat, so as to cut off the pipe passing through
the punching seat. Every time you step on the foot switch, the
punch moves back and forth once, one step back and forth, and then
return to the original position of the punch. If you don't step on
it, it will be in the state to be cut. It has the characteristics
of convenient opening, high work efficiency and low labor
intensity.
