1. Purpose

The condenser header pipe slotting machine (4 pieces) - gantry type is a specialized equipment for making slots for

condenser header pipes. This machine can process slots for header pipes with different diameter.

The condenser making machine equipment structure adopts a sawing assembly installed on the gantry X-axis for

movement, while the Y-axis adopts a platform horizontal movement, improving the cutting accuracy and reducing the

external dimensions of the equipment. The processing parameters can be set arbitrarily on the touch screen, making

the operation simple and convenient.

2. Main features:

2.1 The condenser header pipe slotting machine uses a zipper mechanism to clamp the header pipe, which overcomes

the impact of deformation on the clamping mechanism during the stamping process of the header pipe.

2.2 Using fixed positioning strips for X-axis and Y-axis positioning of the header pipe, avoiding the impact of pipe

positioning error caused in the stamping process on the position of the slot.

2.3 The height of the saw blade can be manually adjusted, and the cutting depth can be adjusted as needed at

any time, with accurate depth control.

2.4 This condenser header pipe slotting machine is equipped with an infrared knife setting device. After clamping

the header pipe, jog the horizontal work table, and the infrared irradiation position on the header pipe is the slot

position of the saw blade.

2.5 This condenser making machine is equipped with low-pressure protection system. The air supply pressure

is too low, the system alarms, and the equipment stops working.

2.6 CNC interface operation. During the system operation, the first slot is cut, then the pipe is fed to the first

length, and then the second slot is cut, and the pipe is fed to the second length. This cycle continues until the

slotting is completed. Avoiding the drawback of inaccurate manual feeding, improving equipment accuracy

and fast cutting speed.
