2. Working principle

The function of the arc punching machine is to cut steel pipes and stainless steel pipes of various materials with

various diameters and wall thicknesses into various arc shapes for welding and chrome plating. Different pipe

diameters or different wall thicknesses or different opening shapes require different punches and punches. The

working principle is that the hydraulic pump driven by the oil pump motor is controlled by the electromagnetic

reversing valve and the safety pressure control valve. The reciprocating movement of the opening punch installed

on the piston rod of the oil cylinder on the working table forms a staggered movement with the die fixed on the oil

cylinder base, thereby cutting off the pipe passing through the punch base. Every time you step on the foot switch,

the punch will reciprocate once, step back and forth, and then return to the original position of the punch, if you

don't step on it, it will be in the waiting state. It has the characteristics of convenient opening, high working

efficiency and low labor intensity.
