Application 

Main Features of Mesh Belt Furnace 

1 The mesh belt adopts stepping transmission, which makes the mesh belt bear the minimum tension during

operation and has a long service life.

2 The workpiece is heated inside the muffle tank, and the sealing is reliable.

3 The mesh belt drives are designed with deviation adjustment device to ensure the balance and reliability of

the belt operation.

4 The protective atmosphere is drip-type which achieves protective atmosphere pyrolysis at high temperature

inside the furnace. The carbon deposition at the drip nozzle can be avoided.

5 The high-speed rotating bearings on fans all adopt Hangzhou Wanxiang bearings, which can ensure the

reliability of fan operation.

6 The adjustable furnace door installed at the furnace entrance which can prevent the loss of protective

atmosphere inside the furnace, reduce the consumption of methanol and reduce the production cost.

7 The lining insulation material of quenching furnace is made of high temperature fibre cotton, which can

save energy sufficiently and reduce the consumption of atmosphere in the furnace.

8 All the atmosphere inlet pipes (methanol, propane, ammonia) of quenching furnace adopts stainless

steel pipes (SUS310S material) in order to prevent steel pipeline from rusting and blocking.

9 Because the heat insulation brick will expand and shrink during heating and cooling process, proper

gaps should be reserved for bricklaying. The gaps are filled with high quality heat insulation material (aluminium silicate fiber blanket)
