1.Application
The hairpin tube bender machine is one of the necessary equipment
of HVAC
production line. We have full range HVAC equipment such as high
speed
fin press, progressive fin die, servo type tube expanding machine,
semi
automatic and fully automatic hairpin bender, etc. This semi
automatic
hairpin bending machine has the functions of manual feeding, servo
positioning, servo bending, and servo unloading. The hairpin length
ranges 200-3000mm. The tube diameter ranges from 7mm-16mm.
The production efficiency can be 2-5pcs per cycle.

2.1 Structure Characters:
2.1.1 The semi automatic hairpin tube bender machine has a compact
design, servo motor driving, manual feeding, and operation in
manual or automatic mode for option.
2.1.2 Process of automatic operation mode is material feeding by
manual
→mould tooling clamping→ oil spraying → bending → mandrel back →
clamp loose → unloading → unloading home → bending tooling home
2.2 Hairpin Leg difference in length less than 0.5mm
2.3 No obvious clashing, abnormal “bump”, corrugation neither other
deficiency. Ellipse less than 8%
2.4 Roundness tolerance of bend area <±.012”;
2.5 Parallel tolerance for the two straight legs ≤3%;
2.6 Running and operating smoothly.
3.Performance parameters of tube bending machine:
3.1. Working efficiency: 12 seconds per cycle taking 1 meter as
example.

Expanding rod with lubrication holes and control by solenoid valve
which allow oil
