2.Features of structure:

2.1 Format of structure: The machine is designed in horizontal pattern,

Work piece load and unload by manual , The process of expand, flare and reflare in one cycle.

2.2 Driven by servo-motor, transmitted by screw bar by reducer for expanding, flare and reflare.

2.3 Work piece fixing:column frame fixing plate driven by pneumatic cylinder,

2.4 Expanding Rods lock by integrity lock.

2.5 Receiver is provided with locking structure, which will not be pulled out when

unload and it is also convenient for changing the specification.

3.Standard of acceptance:

3.1 Tolerance between two end plates of work piece after expanded: If the width

of workpiece ≤800mm, the parallelism tolerance is 0.8mm. If the width is more than

800mm parallelism tolerance is 1／1000 width of workpiece.

3.2 Flat Tolerance between two end plates of work piece after expanded: If the length

of workpiece ≤800mm, Flat tolerance is 0.8mm. If the length is between 800-1000mm,

The flat tolerance is 1mm. If the length is over 1200mm ,the flat tolerance is 1.2mm.

3.3 The length tolerance after expanded: If the length of work piece ≤1200mm, the

length tolerance is less than 1.2mm. If the length of workpiece ＞1200mm, the

length tolerance is 1／1000 length of work piece.

3.4 Flare & Reflare: After flaring and folding the tolerance is: ≤±0.1mm after flare

and reflare

3.5 Work piece process should be steadily and smoothly..

3.6 Capacity limit: The most holes can be processed for expanding, flaring and

folding tubes in one cycle is 120 holes for Φ7mm
