Application

The tube end expansion machine is used to expand the inside of the aluminum tubes of the radiator core, and generate a tight contact between fins and tubes.

Features

The machine employs a combined electrical and hydraulic structure, which is small but compact. The electrical control system relies on a PLC controller to control the expansion process. There are both automatic and manual control modes available. The hydraulic and electrical components are all imported ones.
