2. Structural features of hairpin bending machine

2.1 Structure: servo fixed length cutting and unloading, fixed vane pump is used in hydraulic system, and servo

motor drives the bending mechanism.

2.2 The whole hairpin bending machine is composed of material rack, cutting machine and bending machine.

The hairpin bender machine can move back and forth in length direction by servo driving ball screw to realize

the production of different length workpieces. Automatic circulation process: straightening → feeding →

pressing → cutting → bending up → core pulling → loosening → unloading → reset.

4.Acceptance Criteria of Hairpin Bending Machine

4.1 The pipe orifice shall be flush, the limb length error shall be less than 0.6 mm, and the pipe

end incision shall be smooth and smooth without cracks.

4.2 The bending part has no obvious concave, bulge, wrinkle and other defects (no wrinkle can

be felt by hand), and the ovality ≤8~10%.

4.3 The unroundness of straight pipe is less than 4%.

4.4 The limb tube is straight,and the straightening accuracy is ≤3／1000mm, and there is

no obvious scratch on the outer wall of the tube (and mold clamping mark).

4.5 The unlevelless of the two legs of the long U-tube is ≤3%.

4.6 All actions are normal without jamming.

4.7 The tolerance of center distance between two limbs is ±0.1 mm, the inclination of

incision is ≤0.5 mm, and the roundness is ≤0.1 mm.

4.8 The thickness reduction behind the tube shall not exceed 20%
