Brief Introduction

The production line is comprised of mesh belt quenching furnace, quenching tank and elevator, post-cleaning machine,

hot air circulation tempering furnace, and electrical control system.

quenching furnace: 820~950℃, quenching tank: 60~80℃(the temperature can be adjusted

automatically and manually ), tempering furnace≤650℃, cleaning machine: 60~100℃(the temperature

can be adjusted automatically and manually ).

Equipment Specification of Each Unit

1. Mesh Belt Quenching Furnace

The quenching furnace is the main unit of the production line, which is mainly composed of mesh belt

drive device, insulation material, heating device, atmosphere supply control device and temperature control device.

3. Post-cleaning machine (immersion type)

The post-cleaning machine has strong force spray device. The workpiece is soaked in the cleaning liquid first,

and then it is strongly rinsed which makes the cleaning function better. The post-cleaning machine has oil-water

separation design. The high and low design could separate the oil that the workpiece brings into the cleaning tank.

The waste oil can be recycled to protect the environment. The height difference between the cleaning machine

conveyor and the quenching furnace is lowered in order to prevent collision when the workpiece falls, and

damping device is made on the collection hopper.

4. Hot air circulation tempering furnace

The tempering furnace adopts collective heating.The high power fan generates the hot air circulation to

keep the furnace temperature uniform.

5. Electrical control system

The whole production line adopts the collective control system over temperature, heating, and transmission.

The control system also has functions of audible and visual alarm, thermal breakage alarm, and safety interlock.

All the transmission devices for the line can run clockwise and anticlockwise. The control cabinet is front opening door.

The time reader can directly convert the frequency of the frequency converter into the corresponding time,

which is convenient for process adjustment.
