The mesh belt furnaceis used for tempering of bearings, nails, screws and other mechanical parts after carburizing and quenching process. The mesh belt furnace is equipped with strong-power fan to generate air circulation inside the furnace. The stainless steel heating tubes are easier for replacement and maintenance. The mesh belt is controlled by speed regulation inverter. The mesh belt furnace is also called as mesh belt conveyor furnace.
