Robotic TIG welding, also known as Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW), is a commonly used, high - quality welding process.

In TIG welding, an arc is formed between a non - consumable tungsten electrode and the metal being welded. Gas is fed through the torch to shield the electrode and molten weld pool. If filler wire is used, it is added to the weld pool separately.

TIG welding is typically used for small parts where precision is required. It’s slower than MIG welding, but cleanup and maintenance is simpler. The following devices are selected: clear gun wire cutting device, cooling water tank, flux conveying and recovery device (SAW), mobile device, welding positioner, laser tracking sensor or camera sensor, dust removal device, etc.
