2. Everyone knows that the precision of the parts is 2μm, and the precision of the tooling cannot exceed 1/3 of 2μm. In order to ensure the accuracy of the tooling, our company not only purchased the thousand - level Xia Mier wire - cutting machine, Swiss grinding machine, etc., but also modified the special machine tool and independently developed and manufactured the bearing. At present, the self - made bearing precision is stable at P4 and partly reaches P2. level. High - precision machine tools are developed or modified by ourselves, achieving an accuracy requirement of 1μm.
3. In our production workshop, each station uses a large amount of dust - free paper. Every time the worker uses dust - free paper, the parts and tooling are wiped clean before the clamping process is performed to ensure that each part of the reducer's accuracy of μm level. Under this precision requirement, any dust and iron filings that are invisible to the naked eye will affect the accuracy of the parts and the whole machine.
