1. The structure of main body of section bending rolls

The machine is made up of main frame, press down of top die device, lower die device, and drive device, electric control and hydraulic device. It is a kind of high-efficient process equipment used to roll angle iron, channel steel,

flat steel, steel pipe and etc .It can be feed in one time, and then complete the rolling round, re-round procedure, and it is widely used in petroleum line, chemical industry, construction, water & electricity, shipbuilding, and machinery line.

1)  The main frame is welding part which is installed on the chassis.

2)  The top die device is made up of special-purpose die, shaft seat, bearing block, oil cylinder and etc. it can do vertical movement between the two lower dies under the pressure of oil cylinder.

3)  The lower dies is made up of main shaft, special-purpose die, gears and etc, the gears of two lower dies mesh with the gear of reducer as the main drive, it can do positive rotation and reverse rotation, which can offer the torque to section.

4)  The main drive device includes main motor, reducer gear and etc.

2.  Overview

This machine is of three-roller symmetrical profile bending machine, it is made up of oil cylinder, electric control console, drive system, top roller, lower roller and dies. It is used to bend and roll the angle iron, channel steel, I-section steel, round steel, steel pipe and other special-shape steels,

It can be feed in one time, and then complete the rolling round, re-round procedure, and it is used in petroleum line, chemical industry, construction, water & electricity, shipbuilding, and machinery line.

The machine is of advanced structure (two lower dies doing arc line movement around one center to adjust the diameter of the rolled products), stable working performance, complete-function and is the advanced section formed equipment in domestic and abroad.

3. Techniques software

The machine adopts hydraulic pressing, so the pressure is large and the performance is stable. The operation table is set with indicators for each part’s movement, and it also can be controlled remotely, being of the high automatic level, convenient operation, safety and low failure rate.
