OEM Overview: We also could accept the custom service. You could send your semi trailer request, we will
design the trailer draft for your reference. Such as, one of our Africa customer ask if we could
design the cargo truck could transport the 20FT container and pull one container trailer.
According to customers request, we make the truck and trailer design draft. And after discussion
and revision over and over we confirm the all truck and trailer specification. Within 20 days effort,
we completed the production of the first truck and trailers. The detail as follow:
-1. With Two Beds Cabin.
The trucks need to run 500 kilometers to transport containers each time, so we suggest the customers
choose two beds cabin let three drivers rest.
-2. Cargo Box With Container Lock.
If transport the container must choose the container lock. See picture
-3. Full Cargo Trailer.
Due to the truck need pull one 20FT container, so the full cargo trailer it’s could be best choose. It’s will
utmost save cost, and the pull rod for full cargo trailer easily connect with cargo trucks.
Production Line: TRUCKMAN AUTO through continuous technical innovation, and invested a lot of money in
introducing advanced welding technology and machines from abroad, thereby further improving
product quality and shortening production cycles. Here are the details of our machines.
-1. Automation Welding Machine.
Heavy duty and extra durability designed; Opting for high tensile steel Q345,welded by automatic Submerged-Arc processes.
-2. Detail Welding Machine.
By continuously strengthening the welding and processing of details, the service life of the vehicle is better improved.
About quality management: We control the quality from 4 aspects, as follow:
Production Process, Production Completion, Before Shipment, Other Inspections. Every side have the special personnel are responsible for inspection quality and issue test report, The process is as follows:
-. Production Process.
At this stage our quality inspector will check the production details of this configuration according to the order requirements, and ask the workshop to estimate the production completion time.
-. Production Completion.
Our quality inspector will check the goods specification again, make sure your order is configured correctly. And supply the goods picture or video let customers check, after get customers confirm then could arrange shipment.
-. Before Shipment.
Make quality inspect is very necessary before shipment ! The sales staff and quality inspector will check goods every side again, such as the paint, pack, size, weight etc. And confirm no problem, we will issue the quality certificate.
-. Third Party Inspection.
We also accept the third party inspection, such the BV, SGS, CIQ, ADR etc. All goods meet the third party inspection.
Services: Now we have 6 R & D personnel with good R & D experience. and we could R & D product
meet the customers request and according to customers feedback, market feedback research
the products. All products could meet the SGS, BV, CTN, FORM E, ADR etc certificate request.
Our Team: Now we have 113 people in our TRUCKMAN big family, with two production room and 17 sales person,
3 engineer and 6 R & D person, 87 work staff. Through our continuous efforts, our products can meet any
