Customizable High performance various type grabble grap for different materails

 
Classification:
1. Double grab and multi-valve grab;
2. According to the opening and closing method: single rope, double
rope, four rope, electric (motor) and hydraulic these five
categories.
3. Special grabs: Electric Monorail Grapple and Single Rope
Suspended Grapple.

Introduction:
Single-rope, double-rope, four-rope grabs are mainly mechanical
grabs,The self-weight of the mechanical grab realizes the opening
and closing movement of the grab.
Both motor grabs and electric grabs cannot be launched into the
water:
1. The way of lifting and lowering is the same for both:
The lifting movement relies on a single drum winch or hanging on
the hook;
2. Second, the way to achieve closure is also the same:
The opening and closing movement of the grab is realized through
the electric hoist or similar electric hoist components (motor +
reducer + reel) installed on the head of grabs; and the weight of
the grab all plays a role in digging, so the grabbing ability is
larger, most suitable for grabbing hard-to-grab materials such as
ore.
 

Application for example:

Grab bucket is more used for disperses the shape material handling. In the selection of material should be refer to physical performance, the accumulation concentration, block size, particle shape, the internal friction degree of materials and the loose degree, etc. According to the different packing density and block size, grab bucket is divided into light, medium, heavy and super-heavy. Grab material block degree is more than 60 mm or more solid material, the capture cutting edge should be made tooth.

Due to the different size of the grab bucket, the specific gravity of the material to be grasped is

different, we usually divide the grab bucket into: light, medium, heavy and super heavy type:

①Light type: such as U3, U47 and other models, suitable for all
kinds of coal and pulverized coal, coal ash powdered slaked lime,
blast furnace slag, etc.;
②Medium type: such as U2, U45, U50, U63 and other models, suitable
for manganese ore, copper concentrate, zinc concentrate, iron,
lead, zinc agglomerates, slag, sand, lime, gravel, etc.;
③Heavy type: such as U1, U43, U48 and other models, suitable for
iron ore, magnesium ore, copper ore, lead concentrate, dolomite,
massive slaked lime, etc.
④Ultra-heavy type: U100, U130, U143 and other models are suitable
for grabbing large pieces of ore, large pieces of manganese ore,
and lead ore powder that is deposited and agglomerated.
