Flexibility and general usage

The system can undertake single process such as acerbity cleaning, alkali cleaning, and hot water cleaning, and also can take completely automatic cleaning according to the cleaning process designed. Besides, it can control the growing of micro chemicals. half automatic or complete automatical equipments can be made to order. 

Safety and reliance

Dense acerbity liquid and alkali liquid are in the barried acerbity pot and alkali pot; the liquid position is automatically controlled, fixed with overflow protecting system; and unique material outlet construction can stop crystallization from the cleaning liquid to stop the pipe. 

Economics and high efficiency

This equipment greatly reduces the cleaning time and increases the work efficiency compared with cleaning by hand; the use of claning liquid and water is more reasonable; meanwhile, steam cost is relatively small, so to make full use of energy, and reduce the cleaning cost.

Note:

1. The main model of acid tank and alkali tank is 1000L, 1500L, 2000L, 2500L, 3000L, 4000L, 5000L and 6000L;
2. The main model of concentrated acid tank and alkali tank is 300L, 500L, 1000L, 2000L and 3000L;
3. Every system matches one to three cleaning return routes;
4. The number of return pumps is depending on the number of machines to be cleaned and the layout

Structure

CIP acid and alkali tank is used to store the washing liquid, make up the composition and viscosity of washing liquid according to the cleaning technology requirements.

We use SUS316L stainless steel 2B plate to make the body of the tank, use polyurethane as heat preservation medium; install breathing access and manhole in the tank. The inside surface of tank is glossy and smooth, without any dead corner, meanwhile, also with liquid reverse access, water replenishing access, overflow access, thermometer and sampling valve.

CIP hot water tank is used to store the cleaning hot water.

The inside surface of tank is glossy and smooth, without any dead corner, meanwhile, also with foam eliminating type liquid reverse access, water replenishing access, overflow access, thermometer, liquid level switch and temperature sensor.
