ISO4925 Brake Fluid Metal Test Piece Corrosion Test Apparatus

Summary This instrument is mainly used to test the corrosivity of brake fluid to metals. The principle is to polish and weigh seven specified metal plates, combine them in a certain form, place them on the rubber bowl inside the test bottle, add water-containing brake fluid to submerge the test pieces, cover, and then place them in the instrument. After maintaining for 120 hours, remove and cool, then perform relevant tests on the metal plates, rubber bowl, and brake fluid according to the product standard requirements.
Main Features 1. Microcomputer Temperature Controller: With PID self-tuning and PT100 temperature sensor for high precision. 2. Stainless Steel Dry-burn Type Heating Tube: Long service life. 3. Digital Timer with Buzzer Alarm: Alerts when the test is finished. 4. Metal Test Pieces: Meet standard requirements, including tinned iron sheet, steel plate, aluminum plate, cast iron plate, brass plate, red copper plate, and zinc plate. 5. Instrument Housing: Made of cold-rolled steel plate with a surface treated by electrostatic spray coating.
